Privacy Policy

Last Updated: March 2026 • Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Nexivon Technologies ("Nexivon", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and treating personal data with the highest standards of security and transparency. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, process, and safeguard information when you visit our website (https://nexivon.com), communicate with us, or utilize our AI services and client applications.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways:

A. Information You Provide Voluntarily

  • Contact & Inquiry Details: Full name, corporate email address, organization name, telephone/WhatsApp number, project parameters, budget indications, and message contents submitted through our consultation and contact forms.
  • Communication Records: Transcripts of emails, recorded discovery consultations (where explicitly consented to), and messages exchanged with our automated concierges.
  • Newsletter Subscriptions: Email address provided for receiving our bi-weekly AI Insights publications.

B. Automatically Collected Technical Data

  • Device & Network Identifiers: IP address, browser type and version, language preferences, operating system, and geographic region.
  • Usage Analytics: Pages visited, duration of visit, referring website addresses, click paths, and interaction telemetry.

C. Cookies and Local Storage

We use essential cookies to maintain security sessions, manage cookie preferences, and prevent cross-site request forgery. Performance analytics cookies (such as privacy-preserving analytics) are only loaded if you explicitly accept non-essential cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data exclusively for lawful business purposes:

  • To evaluate project feasibility, prepare proposals, and conduct architectural discovery consultations.
  • To engineer, deploy, and maintain custom AI websites, voice agents, chatbots, and CRM workflows under contract.
  • To protect against spam, fraudulent inquiries, API abuse, and cybersecurity threats via rate-limiting and validation layers.
  • To comply with international tax, legal, and regulatory obligations.

3. Zero Foundation Model Training Guarantee

We never sell, rent, or monetize client data. Furthermore, we explicitly enforce enterprise zero-data-retention and non-training terms with artificial intelligence model providers (such as OpenAI and Anthropic). Your corporate data, customer records, and internal documentation are never used to train or refine public machine learning foundation models.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We only share data with vetted infrastructure vendors necessary to operate our digital presence:

  • Cloud & Hosting: Vercel Inc. and Amazon Web Services (edge hosting, serverless compute).
  • Transactional Communications: Resend and Twilio (email delivery and telephony routing).
  • Security & DNS: Cloudflare (DDoS mitigation, web application firewall).

5. International Data Transfers & GDPR / CCPA Rights

Nexivon operates globally. When personal data originates within the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or California, we apply recognized legal safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Under GDPR and CCPA regulations, you hold the following rights:

  • Right of Access: Request a complete copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete records.
  • Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request deletion of your personal records, subject to statutory retention requirements.
  • Right to Object & Restrict Processing: Withdraw consent for marketing emails or opt-out of data processing at any time.

6. Data Security Measures

We implement industry-standard organizational and cryptographic safeguards: HTTPS-only transport with HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), 256-bit encryption for stored credentials, per-request Content Security Policies (CSP), input validation with strict schemas, and isolated database permissions.

7. Data Retention Periods

Consultation inquiries that do not result in a commercial engagement are purged after 12 months. Client project contracts, invoicing, and tax-related documentation are retained for 7 years in accordance with legal and financial audit mandates.
